They know everything about their cars better than anyone else, this is clear.Unfortunately since their high popularity you will be queuing, waiting long for their works to get done and with poor attention to detail. They will accept correction free of charge, but this should not be the case with the utmost experience that characterises them. I recommend asking for a detailed budget since the beginning and closely monitor to avoid surprises derived from 70 labour-hour-cost and never-ending issues typical from old cars. A fantastic experience,  after buying a 205 GTI I knew it needed some work and had heard about Pug1off being the only place to go,  so I booked in , they had the car a few days and just wow,  they have transformed it! Had an oil leak on my 205 1.9 GTi that has been an issue for five years or so. It took around five weeks to fix, but they've done a perfect job as it's not been an issue since. (3 Months so far!). Definitely recommend if you can wait for a booking slot as they're alway very busy
